First T-ball practice and Home Depot

We had fun watching Tyler, Spencer, and the rest of their team at the first practice today. I think that Tyler had a good time, but he did comment afterward that it's boring being in the field and that there's nothing to do. He LOVES to bat the ball, though, and wanted to be the first batter today. :) I think that he got used to the fast pace of basketball and soccer and doesn't know what to do now that he's in a slower-paced sport!
The team is meeting with Coach Dave; Tyler runs over for a pre-game hug from Mama Carol.
Our little all-star!

GO REDBIRDS!!
Swing, batter batter--SWING!
Hustling to first base, with a little help from Dad.
Connor and Abby; Tyler and Spence resting while they wait for their turn to bat.

After practice, we made our monthly visit to The Home Depot for the free Kids Workshop!
Tyler, Spencer, & Abby are working hard on their Father's Day kids project.
Connor is very curious about what his big brother is doing. :)
Papa helped Tyler out with this project so that he could surprise Daddy with it on Father's Day.
Their finished projects!
The proud moms and their woodworkin' boys.

This afternoon, we headed up to E'Ville for dinner at my mom's to celebrate Robin's high school graduation (my step-sister). Tyler was excited that the two of them graduated "at the same time." :)
My bro, Michael, thought that Tyler would like this snapping turtle that he noticed on the side of the street on his way to my mom's house.

Congrats, Robin!

Another Liberace in the making.
