When Dave sat down on our Craftsman riding lawn mower to cut the grass yesterday, nothing (and I mean NOTHING) happened when he turned the key. After checking the battery, spark plugs, etc., he determined that it was not revivable (is that a word?), so he and his dad took Tyler to Lowe's this morning to pick out a new rider. Tyler's fave features on our new John Deere tractor are the dual cup holders--in his words, "one for my Capri Sun and one for Daddy's beer." :)
This afternoon, we took Tyler to a preschool graduation party for his friend, Bethany. One of his good buddies, John, was there and the two of them had a lot of fun together. It actually rained for most of the party, but that didn't seem to bother any of the kids!

The party guests gather round the table for cupcakes.

Tyler and one of his girls, Hannah. :)

Bethany, John, and Tyler enjoyed trike races.
