Last Day of Camping and a Fave Dish

We had a fun breakfast with the kids, spent a little bit more time at the playground, then hit the road, going our separate ways back home. It's been a fun few days! :)
The kiddos enjoy their last breakfast (this trip) before everyone heads home.
The tire swing was Connor's favorite.

Our neighbors, Dave and Laurie, are fellow Southerners and enjoy authentic cajun food as much as we do. When we visited my family in Louisiana in July, we picked up several different varieties of boudin for Dave. So tonight, when he cooked up a batch of crawfish etoufee with rice and a side of boudin, he brought over a HOT bowl of it. And boy, did I enjoy it! Thanks, Dave! :)
